You will partner with Cribl's executive team to operationalize pricing, lead New Product Introduction, and ensure disciplined execution as we scale across markets.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in strategy, pricing, NPI, and commercialization at SaaS companies.
• Experience bridging functions to bring products successfully to GTM organizations.

Responsibilities

• Lead End-to-End Commercialization (New Product Introduction): own the commercialization from PRD hand-off to market launch and post-launch tracking.
• Executive Partnership: partner with Cribl's executive team on commercial readiness, pricing decisions, and launch health.
• Transform with AI: scale commercialization to support Product and Engineering teams shipping more than ever.
• Measure & Optimize: define success metrics, set up tracking across systems, and run post-launch retrospectives.
• Lead M&A Diligence and Integration: drive due diligence for acquisitions and align Product, Sales, Marketing post-close.
