Cribl is seeking a Senior Manager to own the commercial lifecycle of new products and features, including acquisitions. You will partner with the executive team to implement pricing models, drive New Product Introductions, and scale go-to-market motions across product, engineering, sales, and marketing.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in strategy, pricing, NPI, and commercialization at SaaS companies.
• Experience bridging functions to bring products to GTM organizations.
• Familiarity with IT and security data space preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead End-to-End Commercialization (New Product Introduction): own launches from PRD hand-off to market success.
• Executive Partnership: partner with Cribl's eStaff on pricing decisions and launch health.
• Transform with AI: scale commercialization models to support product/engineering teams.
• Measure & Optimize: define success metrics and track post-launch performance.
• Lead M&A Diligence and Integration: coordinate cross-functional synergies post-close.
