Cribl is seeking a Senior Manager to own the commercial lifecycle of new products and features, partnering with executives to operationalize pricing and drive market launches. You will bridge Operations, Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Finance to scale go-to-market motions with rigor and impact.

This role demands 10+ years in SaaS strategy and commercialization, strong C-level communication, and a track record of shaping GTM in data/security spaces.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in strategy, pricing, NPI and commercialization at SaaS companies.
• Strong GTM experience bridging product, sales, marketing and finance functions.
• Familiar with IT and security data products and market dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end commercialization of new products and features from PRD hand-off to market launch and post-launch review.
• Partner with Cribl's executive team on commercial readiness, pricing decisions, and launch health.
• Scale commercialization models to support cross-functional product and engineering teams enabling faster field execution.
• Define success metrics (ARR, adoption, customer sentiment) and track post-launch performance.
• Drive M&A diligence and integration with Corporate Development to align GTM motions post-close.
