Cribl is a remote-first B2B SaaS data observability leader building telemetry infrastructure for the AI era. We seek a Senior Manager to own commercialization of new products, partnering with eStaff on pricing and launch health while scaling go-to-market motions across Product, Engineering, Sales, and Finance.

You will define metrics, manage cross-functional launches, and drive post-launch optimization in a rapidly changing market.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in strategy, pricing, NPI, and commercialization at SaaS companies.
• Excellent verbal and visual communication with C-level stakeholders.
• Experience bridging functions to bring products to GTM organizations.
• Familiar with IT and Security data products, pricing structures, and capabilities.
• Strategic planning and flexibility to handle multiple initiatives and changing priorities.
• Collaborative mindset to align internal stakeholders toward common goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead End-to-End Commercialization of new products and features from PRD hand-off to market launch and post-launch tracking.
• Partner with Cribl's executive team on commercial readiness, pricing decisions, and launch health.
• Scale commercialization models to support Product and Engineering teams shipping more than ever; remove bottlenecks while enabling the field.
• Define success metrics (e.g., ARR, adoption rates, customer sentiment) and track across systems with post-launch retrospectives.
• Drive due diligence for strategic acquisitions and orchestrate post-close integration of GTM motions and branding.
