Cribl, the AI platform for telemetry, is seeking aSenior Manager, Commercialization to direct the end-to-end lifecycle of new products and features, including those acquired. You will partner with Operations, Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Finance to translate product innovation into scalable go-to-market motions.

This executive-facing role demands a strategic thinker who can operationalize pricing, manage New Product Introductions, and drive disciplined execution as Cribl grows.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in strategy, pricing, NPI, and commercialization at SaaS companies.
• Experience bridging functions to bring products to GTM organizations.
• Familiar with IT and Security data space products and pricing structures.

Responsibilities

• Lead End-to-End Commercialization (New Product Introduction) from PRD hand-off to market launch and post-launch tracking.
• Executive Partnership with Cribl's eStaff on commercial readiness, pricing decisions, and launch health.
• Transform with AI to scale commercialization models for product and engineering teams.
• Measure and optimize success metrics across systems and post-launch retrospectives.
• Lead due diligence for strategic acquisitions and post-close integration of go-to-market motions.
