Cribl is a remote-first B2B SaaS data observability company seeking a Senior Manager to own the commercialization lifecycle for new products and features, including post-launch success. You will coordinate with Operations, Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Finance, shaping pricing and go-to-market motions.

This executive-facing role requires a decade of SaaS strategy experience, strong storytelling to C-level, and a track record of scaling GTM programs.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in strategy, pricing, NPI, and commercialization at SaaS companies.
• Preferably experience in data or security space.

Responsibilities

• Lead End-to-End Commercialization (New Product Introduction): manage launches from PRD hand-off to market launch and post-launch review.
• Partner with Cribl's executive team on commercial readiness, pricing decisions, and launch health.
• Scale commercialization models to support Product and Engineering teams shipping more than ever.
• Define success metrics for commercialization and track adoption, ARR contribution, and customer sentiment.
