Job summary
Cribl, a remote-first B2B SaaS data observability company, seeks a Senior Manager of Commercialization to own the go-to-market for new products and features, including acquisitions. You will partner with executive leadership to operationalize pricing, lead New Product Introduction, and drive scalable market launches across product, engineering, sales, marketing and finance.
You have 10+ years in strategy, pricing, NPI, and commercialization at SaaS firms, with IT and security market knowledge.
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy, pricing, NPI, and commercialization at SaaS companies.
- Experience bridging product, engineering, sales, and finance functions.
- Familiarity with IT and Security data space and GTM motions.
Responsibilities
- Lead End-to-End Commercialization (New Product Introduction) from PRD to market launch and post-launch tracking.
- Partner with Cribl's executive team on commercial readiness, pricing decisions, and launch health.
- Scale commercialization models to support rapid product shipping and field enablement.
- Define success metrics, set up tracking, and conduct post-launch retrospectives.
- Drive due diligence for strategic acquisitions and post-close integration.
