Job summary

Cribl, a remote-first B2B SAAS data observability company, seeks a Senior Manager to own the commercial lifecycle of new products and features, including those acquired. You will partner with the executive team to operationalize pricing, drive New Product Introductions, and ensure scalable go-to-market motions across Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing.

Responsibilities include leading cross-functional launches, defining success metrics, and guiding post-launch optimization.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in strategy, pricing, NPI, and commercialization at SaaS firms.
• Strong ability to influence C-level stakeholders.
• GTM and product-market fit experience.
• Familiar with IT and security data products.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end commercialization of new products.
• Partner with eStaff on pricing decisions and launch health.
• Scale commercialization to support more product releases and AI initiatives.
• Define success metrics and track post-launch results.
• M&A diligence and integration support across functions.
