Cribl, a remote-first B2BSAAS data observability leader, seeks a Senior Manager to own the commercialization lifecycle of new products, including post-launch assessment. You will collaborate across Operations, Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Finance, partnering with eStaff on pricing and launch health to ensure scalable growth and market success.

You will drive cross-functional programs, define metrics, and optimize go-to-market motions, while guiding acquisitions and integration

Qualifications

• 10+ years in strategy, pricing, NPI, and commercialization at SaaS companies.
• Preferably experience in data or security spaces.

Responsibilities

• Lead End-to-End Commercialization (New Product Introduction): Own the commercialization of new products and features from PRD hand-off through market launch and post-launch success tracking.
• Executive Partnership: Serve as a primary partner to Cribl's executive team on commercial readiness, pricing decisions, and launch health.
• Transform with AI: Scale commercialization model to support Product and Engineering teams shipping more than ever.
• Measure & Optimize: Define success metrics for commercialization and set up tracking across systems.
• Lead M&A Diligence and Integration: Drive due diligence for strategic acquisitions and orchestrate post-close integration.
