Job summary

Cribl is seeking a Senior Manager to own the commercial lifecycle of our new products and features, including those acquired, operating at the intersection of Operations, Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Finance.

You will partner with Cribl's executive team to operationalize pricing, lead New Product Introduction, and ensure disciplined execution as we scale a multi‑product business in a remote-first environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in strategy, pricing, NPI, and commercialization at SaaS companies.
• Experience bridging functions for GTM and executive stakeholders.
• Strong communication and influence with C-level partners.
• MBA or professional business degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end commercialization of new products and features from PRD hand-off to launch and post-launch success.
• Partner with Cribl's executive team on commercial readiness, pricing decisions, and launch health.
• Scale commercialization model to support Product and Engineering teams shipping more than ever.
