Job summary

EY in the United States, Jacksonville, FL, is seeking a Sales Transformation Program Lead to drive a global initiative transforming EY’s sales approach, behaviors and activities.

You will own programs, manage scope, time and budget, lead stakeholder meetings across EY and Clients & Industries, and help design a future-ready sales operating model. This senior role requires extensive program management, 10–12 years of experience in sales enablement, and the ability to collaborate across cultures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification required.
• 10–12 years of complex and large sales enablement experience.
• Flexibility to work extended hours due to clients across time zones.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale programs including scope, time and budget plans.
• Plan and run stakeholder meetings, working groups and steering committees globally.
• Develop and connect program deliverables across EY and Clients & Industries.
• Communicate success stories and drive adoption to achieve results.
