Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency serving veterinary groups and multi-clinic practices. We are seeking a Director of Strategic Accounts for Veterinary to own our largest multi-location deals from first meeting to signed contract.

This is an individual contributor seat with a $2M annual quota. You will close deals with owners, regional operators and marketing leaders, expanding to additional locations and services as groups sign.

Qualifications

• Record of closing $1M+ annual on large, multi-location or enterprise accounts.
• Selling into veterinary groups or marketing/agency services to multi-location buyers.
• Long, consultative cycles with several decision makers.

Responsibilities

• The full cycle on large deals: discovery, proposal, negotiation and close, over 3 to 12 months.
• Deals with owners, regional operators and marketing leaders all at the table.
• Expansion: more locations and more services once a group signs.
• Proposals built with our strategists and leadership for the deals that matter most.
