Job summary

Blacksmith Agency LLC is seeking a Director of Strategic Accounts for Veterinary. This role focuses on closing large, multi-location deals, owning the full sales cycle from discovery to contract, and expanding into additional locations and services as groups sign.

You'll operate as an individual contributor with no direct reports, targeting veterinary groups and multi-clinic practices. The position is remote across the USA and Canada with a $2M annual quota and a strategic, high-value client

Qualifications

• Proven record of closing $1M+ yearly on large multi-location or enterprise accounts.
• Experience selling to veterinary groups or multi-location buyers is a plus.
• Comfort with long, consultative sales cycles and multiple decision makers.

Responsibilities

• Own the full deal cycle from discovery to close for large veterinary deals.
• Negotiate and sign contracts with owners, regional operators, and marketing leaders.
• Expand deals to additional locations and services as groups sign.
