Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Director of Strategic Accounts for Veterinary to own our largest multi-location deals from initial meetings to signed contracts. This is an individual contributor role with no direct reports, targeting veterinary groups with many locations.

You will close complex deals over 3 to 12 months, coordinating with owners, regional operators and marketing leaders, and drive expansion across locations after signing. Remote work available across USA or Canada.

Qualifications

• Proven track record closing $1M+ annually on large, multi-location accounts.
• Experience selling into veterinary groups or multi-location buyers.
• Long, consultative sales cycles with multiple decision makers.

Responsibilities

• Own full cycle on large deals: discovery, proposal, negotiation and close over 3–12 months.
• Engage with owners, regional operators and marketing leaders at the table.
• Drive expansion to more locations and services after signing.
