Dow Inc. in the United States is seeking a Senior Sales Specialist to support small to mid-size customers and manage distribution in the Pacific Northwest.

You will lead deals with large accounts, drive sales analytics, and provide technical solutions across channels. You will build relationships across customer organizations, execute strategic sales plans, forecast demand with production and supply chain, and negotiate pricing aligned with business goals and regulatory considerations.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or relevant military experience as described.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience.
• Eligibility to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio and Dow presence in the region.
• Understand the customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain share market.
• Search new product development opportunities within the market.
• Maintain customer relationships and expand network to different levels within a customer’s organization.
• Execute sales/marketing plan, delivering in volume and value. Develop the sales plan aligned to the marketing plan in coordination with other functions.
• Develop sales forecasts in coordination with Production and Supply Chain.
• Collect and utilize market intelligence to shape sales plan. Get and analyze data to take decisions about new product development.
• Lead and conduct negotiations and develops and implement price strategies aligned with business goals considering legal implications, customs regulations and Dow sales processes.
• Collaborate with other functions and stakeholders to deliver CX results.
