Dow Inc. is seeking a Senior Sales Specialist for the Pacific Northwest region. You will support small to medium customers, manage distribution, and work with large accounts.

The role involves generating leads, defining territories, managing analytics, and delivering technical solutions across channels—face-to-face, phone, and email. The position emphasizes building relationships, expanding market share, and executing coordinated sales and pricing strategies in alignment with Dow’s plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant military experience required or above US E5/Canadian equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.
• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship offered.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio and Dow presence in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain market share.
• Identify new product development opportunities within the market.
• Maintain customer relationships and expand networks across customer organizations.
• Execute sales/marketing plans delivering volume and value; align with marketing plans.
• Develop sales forecasts with Production and Supply Chain.
• Use market intel to shape the sales plan and strategy.
• Lead negotiations and set price strategies within legal and Dow processes.
• Collaborate with functions to deliver CX results.
