Job summary

Dow Inc. is seeking a Senior Sales Specialist in the Pacific Northwest to support small and mid-size customers, manage distribution, and work with large accounts. You will generate leads, define territories, and provide technical solutions across face-to-face, phone, and email channels.

You will build relationships, collaborate with Production and Supply Chain, and coordinate pricing strategies to align with Dow’s objectives. The role may regionalize or globalize based on business alignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant military experience at or above a U.S. E5 or Canadian Petty Officer 2nd Class or Sergeant ranking.
• 3+ years of relevant working experience.
• U.S. work authorization; no visa sponsorship for this position.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain share.
• Search for new product development opportunities within the market.
• Maintain customer relationships and expand network within a customer’s organization.
• Execute sales/marketing plan and develop the plan with other functions.
• Develop sales forecasts with Production and Supply Chain.
• Analyze market data to guide pricing and product strategy.
• Lead negotiations and implement price strategies aligned with goals.
• Collaborate with functions to deliver CX results.
