Dow Inc. is seeking a Senior Sales Specialist for the Pacific Northwest to support small and medium customers and manage distribution, while collaborating with large accounts.

The role involves leading lead generation, defining sales territories, and delivering technical solutions across multiple channels. Responsibilities include developing forecasts with Production and Supply Chain, executing sales plans, and leveraging market intelligence to drive product development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant military experience at or above a U.S. E5 or Canadian Petty Officer 2nd Class or Sergeant ranking.
• Three years of relevant working experience.
• U.S. work eligibility; no visa sponsorship or green-card assistance available.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio and Dow presence in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain share of market.
• Search new product development opportunities within the market.
• Maintain customer relationships and expand network to different levels within a customer’s organization.
• Execute sales/marketing plan, delivering in volume and value; align sales plan with marketing with other functions.
• Develop sales forecasts in coordination with Production and Supply Chain.
• Collect and utilize market intelligence to shape the sales plan; analyze data for new product decisions.
• Lead negotiations and develop price strategies aligned with goals considering legal and regulatory constraints.
• Collaborate with functions and stakeholders to deliver CX results.
