Job summary

Dow Inc. is seeking a Senior Sales Specialist for the Pacific Northwest region. You will manage distribution, engage large accounts, and oversee non-selling processes while building strong relationships with key stakeholders.

You will generate leads, define territories, analyze sales data, and provide technical solutions. This role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, regional flexibility, and growth of Dow’s market share.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant military experience at or above a U.S. E5 or Canadian Petty Officer 2nd Class or Sergeant ranking.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.
• Must be able to work legally in the United States; no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio and Dow presence in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain share.
• Search new product development opportunities within the market.
• Maintain customer relationships and expand network to different levels within a customer’s organization.
• Execute sales/marketing plan, delivering in volume and value; develop the sales plan aligned to the marketing plan in coordination with other functions.
• Develop sales forecasts in coordination with Production and Supply Chain.
• Collect and utilize market intelligence to shape sales plan and analyze data for product decisions.
• Lead negotiations and develop price strategies aligned with business goals considering legal constraints.
• Collaborate with other functions and stakeholders to deliver CX results.
