Job summary

WCG Clinical, Inc. is seeking a Program Director to oversee overall management of assigned client relationships and governance of partnerships. You will provide program oversight, develop KPI metrics, and help unify service delivery for a seamless customer experience.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in program management, 5+ years in CFR Part 11 compliant pharma projects, and strong leadership across cross-functional teams. PMP certification is a plus.

Qualifications

10+ years of program management experience with successful customer impact.
5+ years of CFR Part 11 compliant project work in pharma.
3+ years in account management/client relationships.
Background in Clinical Research and technology is preferred.
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills; ability to lead cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Prepare annual operational plans, reports and executive briefs.
Schedule and manage periodic client governance meetings.
Manage SLAs, governance agreements and reporting for clients.
Set objectives for the program and track progress and performance.
Coordinate and oversee cross-functional staff programs and actions.
Develop KPI metrics to ensure solution alignment with customer needs.
