Affirm is seeking a Senior Account Manager to lead a portfolio of strategic merchant accounts and drive long‑term growth. This customer‑facing role requires delivering results through executive‑level relationship management, data‑driven programs, and strategic initiatives across Finance, Analytics, Product and Marketing.

You will own complex renewal and expansion opportunities, coordinate with cross‑functional teams, and influence outcomes with strong communication and negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 7–10 years of B2B client-facing experience.
• Proven ability to negotiate and close complex commercial contracts.
• Strong written and verbal communication with executive presence.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects and partnerships.

Responsibilities
