Job summary

Ashby is seeking a Mid-Market Implementation Specialist who will own complex, hands-on B2B SaaS implementations from handoff to go-live. You’ll manage a portfolio of 15–20 active projects, ensuring on-time delivery and effective configurations for each customer.

You'll work closely with Sales, CS, Product, and Engineering to address issues and optimize customer success, while continuously improving processes and documentation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing role leading B2B SaaS implementations.
• Proven ability to manage concurrent mid-market implementation projects with quality and timelines.
• Ability to own end-to-end project plans and advise customers on best practices.

Responsibilities

• Manage 15-20 active mid-market implementations at a time with 8-10 week timelines.
• Troubleshoot complex configurations and provide guidance beyond checklists.
• Advise on configurations and workflows that balance customer needs with best practices.
• Partner with Sales, CS, Product, and Engineering to ensure seamless customer journeys.
• Own execution of project plans and iterate on improvements.
