Job summary

Ashby is seeking a Manager of High Touch Implementations for the EMEA region. You will lead an EMEA-based team of Implementation Specialists, guiding complex onboarding projects and ensuring outstanding customer experiences across mid-market and enterprise segments.

You will collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, Product, Engineering, and Operations to define delivery approaches, scale processes, and drive value for customers on their Ashby journey. Remote-first role with travel <10% for strategic engagements.

• Implementation & Project Management experience delivering onboarding projects.
• Strong team leadership with remote-first teams.
• Customer-centric delivery and stakeholder engagement.

• Understanding of EMEA regional considerations in implementations.

Responsibilities

• Lead an EMEA-based team of Implementation Specialists for High Touch customers.
• Oversee delivery of segment-aligned implementation experiences and partner cross-functionally.
• Define scope and plan for prospective customers and ensure milestones are met.
• Foster customer relationships and advocate throughout implementations.
• Drive scalable, high-quality onboarding processes that adapt to regional needs.
