Ashby is seeking a Manager of High Touch Implementations in EMEA to lead an remote-based team delivering onboarding experiences for mid-market customers. You will collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, Product, Engineering, and Operations to ensure scalable, high-quality implementations across regions.

You will drive cross-functional coordination, tailor implementations to customer needs, and guide teams through change management in complex enterprise environments.

Qualifications

• Experience managing and executing implementation/onboarding projects across stakeholders.
• Strong leadership of remote teams and regional focus.
• Ability to navigate enterprise environments and complex stakeholder maps.

Responsibilities
