Job summary

LexisNexis Special Services Inc. is seeking an Engagement Manager to partner with Strategic Account Managers, driving deeper integration of LexisNexis solutions in client operations. You will present QBRs to executives and business owners, acting as a trusted advisor to align on needs and objectives.

Travel up to 30% is required; you will manage complex implementations, coordinate cross-functional teams, deliver KPI tracking, and communicate risks with clear executive-level reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 7+ years client-facing/consulting experience preferred.
• Experience with SaaS and big data solutions is a plus.
• PMP or similar certification a plus.
• Ability to analyze, identify, or mitigate fraud.
• Excellent relationship building and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Strategic Account Managers to expand LexisNexis solutions.
• Present quarterly business reviews to executives and owners.
• Travel up to 30% and manage complex implementations.
• Communicate fraud risks and mitigation plans clearly to stakeholders.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and track KPIs, timelines, and resources.
• Develop and refine client engagement roadmaps with product teams.
