Job summary

Fivetran is seeking a Senior Customer Solutions Architect to lead the post-sales technical relationship with our largest Enterprise accounts. You will drive adoption, architect scalable data solutions, and collaborate with AEs, SEs, and partners to ensure ongoing value and expansion across the customer base.

This senior individual contributor role focuses on strategic guidance, executive-level conversations, and building reusable playbooks while mentoring teammates to raise team-wide performance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a post-sales, customer-facing technical role.
• Proven track record owning customer outcomes (adoption, renewal, expansion).
• Deep experience with modern data warehousing and the analytics stack.

Responsibilities

• Own post-sales technical relationship for Enterprise accounts.
• Set adoption strategy and drive platform usage at scale.
• Lead technical validation of new workloads and POCs.
• Mentor CSAs and build repeatable playbooks.
• Collaborate with AEs, SEs, and partners to deliver value.
