Job summary

Fivetran is seeking an experienced Resident Solution Architect to join our Professional Services team. RSAs are billable to dbt Platform Enterprise customers and help empower data developers to create and disseminate organizational knowledge.

To be eligible for this role, you must be physically located in the United States. You will work on a variety of impactful customer projects, consult on architecture and design, ensure key customers adopt the product, and collaborate with Sales, Solution

Qualifications

• Deep experience working with enterprise customers across diverse use cases.
• Experience in post-sales, technical architecture or consulting roles is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work on impactful customer technical projects, including implementation, troubleshooting configurations, and MVPs and long-term solutions.
• Consult on architecture and design.
• Help strategic dbt platform customers adopt the product.
• Collaborate with Sales, Solution Architects, Training, and Support teams.
• Provide feedback to product and engineering to prioritize customer requests.
• Become a dbt platform product expert in the modern data stack.
