Job summary

Fivetran is seeking a Senior Sales Engineer to join the Enterprise, Existing Business sales team. You will translate complex customer needs into technical solutions and work closely with multiple teams to deliver value.

You will guide Enterprise accounts through technical evaluations, collaborate on solution design, and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, driving successful outcomes.

Qualifications

5+ years in data replication, data practitioner, data operations, analytics, sales engineering, or related technical field.
Experience with cloud data warehouses and BI tools.
Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to explain complex concepts.
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

Work with Enterprise customers to understand business needs and data replication requirements.
Collaborate with internal teams to build an account ownership plan.
Develop and deliver technical presentations to Enterprise audiences.
Drive a tight proof-of-value process to ensure technical win.
Coordinate with Product and Engineering to align solutions with customer needs.
Build and maintain relationships with key Enterprise customers and partners.
Stay up-to-date on industry technologies and trends.
