Fivetran, Inc. is seeking a Customer Solutions Architect in New York City (hybrid) to own post-sales technical engagement for a portfolio of Commercial and Enterprise accounts.

You will drive adoption, expansion, and ensure customers realize maximum value from the Fivetran and dbt platform. You will partner with AEs and SEs, lead technical discussions, and guide customers through architecture evolution, adoption, and expansion with live demos and workshops.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of experience in a post-sales, customer-facing technical role, such as Solution Architect, Technical Account Manager, or Customer Success Engineer.
• Strong ability to own and drive customer outcomes after the sale, including adoption, renewal, and expansion.
• Solid technical background with experience designing scalable data architectures and a firm understanding of modern data warehousing and the analytics stack.

Aufgaben

• Own post-sales technical engagement across a portfolio of assigned Commercial and Enterprise accounts.
• Drive adoption, optimization, and ongoing usage of the platform to achieve sustained, scalable success.
• Educate customers on new products and features at launch and on existing capabilities not yet used.
• Deliver enablement sessions, workshops, and best-practice guidance.
• Monitor account health signals and proactively intervene to address churn or contraction risks.
