Job summary

Navitus Health Solutions is seeking a Sr. Client Services Executive I to lead strategic engagement with large healthcare clients and co-develop long-term account plans. You will identify up-sell opportunities, drive client satisfaction, and collaborate with clinical teams across sites, including travel to HQ and client locations.

The role emphasizes cross-functional leadership, data-driven planning, and a consultative approach to retain complex client relationships and deliver results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related area preferred.
• 7+ years of experience interfacing with internal/external clients in sales-related roles.
• Knowledge of PBM or health care industry preferred.
• Ability to develop and execute business plans to meet objectives.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel as needed to meet goals.
• Valid State Driver's License and automobile insurance.
• Ability to manage coordinator level resources.
• PC skills: Microsoft Office, Email, and Internet.

Responsibilities

• Support/back up the CSE, Senior CSC and CSC responsibilities.
• Create and present data for Strategic Business Plans, VALUE Summaries, and Performance Standard reports.
• Investigate/follow-up if Performance Guarantees are not met and present results to clients.
• Conduct Client training (Client Portal Site, Navi-Claim, etc.).
• Assist with escalated member/Client issues requests.
• Identify and present Client opportunities to improve costs, service and health.
• Contract maintenance and performance.
• Travel to Client sites.
• Provide mentoring to the coordinator levels and CSEs.
• Other duties as assigned.
