Qualifications

• At least 7 years of successful experience interfacing directly with clients.
• Strong strategic thinking and ability to develop account plans.

Responsibilities

• Support and back up client services responsibilities.
• Create and present data for strategic business plans and performance reports.
• Identify opportunities to upsell and expand with clients.
