Job summary

Navitus Health Solutions seeks a Sr. Client Services Executive I to join our National Accounts Management team. You will manage complex client needs, develop long-term account plans, and drive strategic initiatives across large healthcare organizations.

The role emphasizes discipline, data-driven planning, cross-functional collaboration, client retention, and identifying growth opportunities. Travel to our headquarters and client sites is required as part of relationship management.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience interfacing with large/complex clients in healthcare or PBM
• Ability to develop long-term account strategy and business plans
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Travel to client sites and headquarters as needed
• Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and mentor coordinators

Responsibilities

• Support/backup CSE responsibilities
• Create/present data for strategic plans and performance reports
• Investigate and present results for non-met performance guarantees
• Conduct client training and escalate/manage issues
• Identify opportunities for cost/service improvements and growth
• Maintain contracts and drive client satisfaction
• Travel to client sites and HQ as needed
• Mentor coordinators and junior staff
• Other duties as assigned
