Navitus Health Solutions is seeking a Sr. Client Services Executive I to join our team.

This role focuses on national accounts management, managing complex client needs, delivering customized solutions, and building senior-level relationships across large organizations. The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience interfacing with large healthcare clients, develop long-term account strategy, identify upsell opportunities, ensure client retention, and travel as needed to client

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related area preferred.
• 7+ years of experience interfacing with clients.
• Ability to travel as needed.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex client needs and strategic account plans.
• Prepare data and presentations for strategic business plans.
• Identify upsell opportunities and coordinate with teams.
• Retain clients and ensure satisfaction.
• Travel to client sites and HQ as required.
• Mentor junior CSEs and coordinators.
