Navitus Health Solutions is seeking a Sr. Client Services Executive I to lead strategic account management for large healthcare clients. The role requires consulting with senior stakeholders, driving retention, and coordinating cross-functional teams.

The position emphasizes development of long-term account strategy, identifying upsell opportunities, and ensuring high customer satisfaction. Travel to client sites and our HQ is expected as part of relationship management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in business, marketing, or related area.
• 7+ years of experience interfacing directly with clients, including large organizations.
• Knowledge of PBM or healthcare industry preferred.
• Ability to travel to client sites and corporate HQ.
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.

Responsabilités

• Support and back up the CSE, Senior CSC, and CSC responsibilities.
• Create and present data for strategic plans and performance reports.
• Investigate and address performance guarantees with clients.
• Conduct client training on portals and systems.
• Identify opportunities to improve costs, service, and health outcomes.
• Manage contract maintenance and performance.
• Travel to client sites as needed.
• Mentor coordinator level resources and other CSEs.
