Job summary

Dow Consumer Solutions is seeking a Senior Customer Manager to lead regional and cross-business relationships for a key global brand owner in personal care. You will develop annual sales plans, explore Dow’s portfolio strengths, and build a pipeline with TS&D and Marketing, coordinating with cross-functional teams.

The role involves managing multiple stakeholders, delivering value, and may include global negotiations. Travel may be required with a regional focus and several U.S. locations listed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or military degree equivalence at or above a U.S. E5 or Canadian rank.
• 7+ years of relevant working experience.
• U.S. work authorization required; no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Manage account portfolio and implement account plans.
• Lead and coordinate customer relationships.
• Develop and execute sales/marketing plan with value and volume.
• Collect market intelligence to shape the plan.
• Lead negotiations and price changes.
• Collaborate with other functions to improve customer experience.
• Use CRM/DSR/CMT/Smart Pricing at expert level.
• Deliver growth and cross‑business opportunities.
• Articulate short vs long-term trade-offs for win solutions.
• Coach and mentor junior employees.
