Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Director of Strategic Accounts for Veterinary to own large, multi-location deals from first meeting to signed contract. You’ll navigate consultative cycles with owners and regional leaders, closing multi-location agreements that cover entire groups.

Remote allowance enables engagement with veterinary networks across the US and Canada. In this individual contributor role, there is no direct management.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of closing $1M+ yearly on large, multi-location accounts.
• Experience selling to veterinary groups or similar multi-location buyers.
• Experience with long, consultative sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own full sales cycle: discovery, proposal, negotiation and close (3–12 months).
• Engage with owners, regional operators and marketing leaders.
• Drive expansion to additional locations and services after sign-on.
• Collaborate with strategists to build impactful proposals for key deals.
