Job summary

Incora is seeking a Strategic Account Manager to lead key customer relationships and drive growth in the assigned territory. The role involves strategic meetings, design assistance, product demonstrations, and strong market intelligence to expand Incora's presence in the aerospace sector.

You will manage opportunities, collaborate with product management and inside sales, and travel periodically to develop customers while maintaining high service standards and corporate guidelines.

Qualifications

• BA or BS degree in Marketing, Engineering or Business preferred.
• 5+ years Industrial/Aerospace Industry sales experience.
• Strong MS Office skills and experience using AI tools to boost productivity.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed annual bookings, gross profit dollar and margin goals.
• Provide sales, marketing and application support in the assigned area.
• Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with Incora accounts.
• Identify opportunities and manage pipeline in Incora CRM.
• Travel 1–2 weeks per month for customer development and meetings.
