Job summary

Akamai Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Senior Strategic Account Executive to drive revenue within large strategic accounts.

You will work with multiple business units in a fast-paced environment, champion Akamai’s brand, and deliver solutions across cloud, security and performance. The role requires 10+ years of experience and a Bachelor's degree, with a proven track record selling to enterprise teams and building relationships with C-level executives.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree or its equivalent.
• Proven success selling Cloud / Infrastructure / Application security, network, web performance products to large enterprises.
• Ability to build relationships with C-level executives and drive strategic accounts.
• Demonstrates integrity, ethical sales practices and alignment with Akamai values.

Responsibilities

• Build business relationships with the C-level executives by bringing value and solutions to solve large scale cloud, security and performance challenges.
• Leverage your network to open doors and start new relationships.
• Partner with marketing, sales specialists and business development to drive interest and awareness within your region.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to increase adoption of Akamai services across various verticals and use cases.
