Job summary

Burlington Stores, Inc. in Austell, GA is seeking an Operations Service Manager who will lead the Customer Service and Cashier teams, drive compliance with policies, and safeguard company assets while delivering exceptional customer service.

You will oversee store operations, coach Supervisors, coordinate receiving, act as Manager on Duty, and partner with leadership to staff, train, and develop teams across the store.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Retail Management or Store Operations experience in a retail environment.
• Flexibility to work early mornings, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift and move boxes weighing up to 40 lbs.
• Experience using scheduling and reporting software.
• Travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Customer Service and Cashier teams, ensuring policy compliance and asset protection.
• Provide guidance to Customer Service Supervisors to maintain smooth register flow.
• Oversee overall operations and receiving SOPs.
• Manage receiving processes including transfers, debits, damages, and chargebacks.
• Act as Manager on Duty; model leadership and drive store results.
• Support Store Manager with staffing, sourcing, interviewing, and training.
• Assist in other store operations areas as needed.
• Communicate effectively with District and Regional Management teams.
