Job summary

Burlington Stores, Inc. is seeking an Operations Service Manager in Lilburn, GA to lead Customer Service and Cashier teams, ensure compliance with company policies, protect assets, drive sales and maintain accurate records.

You will mentor Supervisors, oversee receiving and inventory processes, act as Manager on Duty, support staffing, training, and succession planning, and coordinate with District/Regional managers to deliver top-tier customer service.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Retail Management or Store Operations experience in off-price/large retail.
• Able to work flexible schedule including mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift/move boxes up to 40 lbs.
• Experience with scheduling and reporting software; travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Lead Customer Service and Cashier teams, ensuring policy compliance and strong customer flow.
• Oversee receiving, inventory accuracy, and transfers; partner with Receiving Supervisor.
• Act as Manager on Duty and model leadership for customers and associates.
• Support staffing, interviewing, training, and succession planning.
• Coordinate with District and Regional Management to drive results and service excellence.
