Job summary

Burlington Stores, Inc. is seeking an Operations Service Manager in Lithonia, GA to lead Customer Service and Cashier teams, ensure policy compliance, and safeguard assets. The role requires guiding Receiving and store operations while delivering exceptional customer service.

You will mentor supervisors and staff, manage scheduling and workflow, and coordinate with District and Regional teams to optimize store performance and employee development.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Retail Management or Store Operations experience.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Experience managing cash handling and customer service standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Customer Service and Cashier teams, driving policy compliance, asset protection, and record-keeping.
• Oversee overall store operations and receiving SOPs; coordinate transfers, debits, damages, and chargebacks.
• Act as Manager on Duty (MOD) and model leadership for customers, associates, and management teams.
• Support staffing, sourcing, interviewing, training, and succession planning; communicate with District/Regional teams.
