Job summary

Burlington Stores, Inc. is seeking an Operations Service Manager to lead the store's Customer Service and Cashier teams, drive policy adherence, protect assets, and oversee overall operations.

You will coach and develop associates, coordinate scheduling and training, and partner with district leadership to meet performance goals, with a focus on delivering outstanding service in a fast-paced, off-price retail environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Retail Management or Store Operations experience.
• Experience in off-price, big-box, or multi-unit retail preferred.
• Flexibility to work irregular hours and lift up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Lead Customer Service and Cashier teams to ensure policy compliance and efficient checkout.
• Oversee receiving, inventory accuracy, transfers, damages and chargebacks.
• Act as Manager on Duty and support staffing, interviewing and training.
