Burlington in Lithonia, GA is seeking an Operations Service Manager to lead store operations, coach cashiers and receivers, and drive superior customer service while modeling Burlington’s core values.

You will manage daily workflows, ensure policy compliance, protect assets, partner with District and Regional teams, and support staffing, training, and succession planning. The role requires 3+ years of retail management, flexibility, and the physical ability to lift 40 lbs.

Formación

• 3+ years of Retail Management or Store Operations experience in a large retail setting.
• Flexible schedule including early mornings, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift and move boxes up to 40 lbs.
• Experience using scheduling and reporting computer software.
• Travel may be required.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Customer Service and Cashier teams while enforcing policies and protecting assets.
• Guide Customer Service Supervisors to meet service expectations and smooth register flow.
• Oversee overall operations and receiving SOPs.
• Direct the receiving process, including transfers, debits, damages, and chargebacks, ensuring inventory accuracy.
• Act as Manager on Duty, exemplifying leadership and driving store results.
• Support the Store Manager with staffing, sourcing, interviewing, training, and succession planning.
• Assist in other store operations areas as needed.
• Communicate with District and Regional Management teams.
