Voya Financial, Inc. is seeking a claims professional who can review complex claims and make informed decisions. The role requires leadership, mentoring of junior staff, and strong analytical skills to support accurate processing and reporting.

You’ll respond to inquiries from managers, brokers and admins, participate in audits and project initiatives, and help implement process improvements. Location is flexible with remote or hybrid work options.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3–5 years of claims or insurance experience.
• Knowledge of industry claim systems and practices.
• Proficient in MS Excel (macros, pivots, formulas).
• Strong analytical, leadership, communication and negotiation skills.

Responsabilités

• Review complex claims and situations, guiding excess risk decisions.
• Respond to inquiries from managers, brokers, agents, and admins.
• Provide direction, training and mentoring to less experienced staff.
• Manage claim suspense accounts for accurate processing and controls.
• Lead mid-year and year-end audits and participate in process improvements.
• Contribute to department/projects and testing initiatives.
