Voya Financial, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Claims Consultant for Reporting- Leave & Disability.

You will deliver operational insights, build dashboards, and partner with Quality, Workforce Management, and Operations to improve claim effectiveness and customer experience. The role emphasizes data analysis, performance trends, and actionable recommendations. The position requires 3+ years in analytics or claims operations, strong Excel skills, and experience with Power BI/Tableau/SQL.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED
• 3+ years of experience in business analytics, workforce planning, operational reporting, quality analysis, or claims operations.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, formulas, data modeling, and reporting automation.
• Experience analyzing large data sets and translating findings into actionable business recommendations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly operational reporting packages.
• Analyze performance metrics to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and gaps.
• Create executive dashboards, scorecards, and presentations to communicate performance and actions.
• Produce recurring and ad hoc analyses to support leadership decision-making.
• Partner with Quality, Workforce Management, and Operations to drive improvements.
• Support forecasting and performance planning with analytical modeling and trend analysis.
• Lead timing and work measurement studies to evaluate processes and staffing.
