You will exercise discretion, guide junior staff, and respond to inquiries from managers, brokers, and administrators. The position emphasizes strong MS Excel skills, analytical thinking, leadership, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum 3–5 years claims or insurance experience.
• Proficient in MS Excel (macros, pivots and formulas).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Review complex claims and/or situations and make informed decisions that may require judgment.
• Respond to internal and external claim inquiries from managers, brokers, and administrators.
• Provide direction, develop, train, and mentor less experienced staff, including audits and feedback.
• Manage claim suspense accounts for accurate processing and reporting.
• Assist in developing and implementing process improvements.
• Participate in department or company projects and initiatives.
