Job summary

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of claims experience, strong Excel skills, and proven analytical abilities. Excellent communication and negotiation skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of claims or insurance experience.
• Proficient in MS Excel (macros, pivots, formulas).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Demonstrated leadership and excellent interpersonal/negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Review complex claims and/or related situations and make informed decisions.
• Respond to inquiries from managers, brokers, general agents, and administrators.
• Provide direction, training, and mentoring to less experienced staff; audit and provide feedback.
• Manage claim suspense accounts for accurate processing and financial reporting.
• Assist in process improvements and participate in special initiatives.
