Voya Financial, Inc. is seeking an experienced actuarial professional to design and refine models for profitability and reserves. You will lead complex research, collaborate across product, modeling, and risk teams, and prepare regulator-ready memorandums.

Responsibilities include auditing methodologies, developing automation, and interpreting results for senior actuaries and regulators. This role supports a hybrid schedule with options for remote work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics or a closely related field.
• Must have passed at least 3 Actuarial Exams.
• Strong programming skills in Python, SQL and SAS; advanced Excel, VBA, Access, Oracle Essbase, and actuarial software.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex actuarial research, design methodologies, and conduct audit-level reviews.
• Design, develop, and own profitability, reserve, and valuation models.
• Develop and refine actuarial models; lead automation initiatives.
• Prepare memorandums for regulators with cross-functional teams.
• Apply actuarial concepts to analyze results and communicate findings.
