Job summary

Granicus is seeking a Senior Consultant - Stakeholder Experience in Washington, DC to lead external stakeholder engagements and event-driven communications for government clients. You will coordinate logistics, media appearances, planning, and on-site support with a cross-functional GXG team.

The role requires 5–10 years in events management or CX, strong communication skills, and proficiency with digital tools. It’s a fast-paced, client-facing position within a remote-first company.”

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of events management, consulting, digital strategy, user experience or customer experience preferably serving government or at a government agency.
• External stakeholder engagement experience required.
• Proficient in digital-communications tools, and Granicus products, including email, CRM and events management systems.
• Solid written, verbal and presentation skills in a heavy client-facing capacity.
• Experience digesting data and deriving insights to support recommendations.
• Understand and use digital tools and trends for client success.
• Strategic thinker with independence and sound judgment in client relationships.
• Ability to adapt in a changing, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate domestic and international protocol-sensitive external stakeholder engagement events, media appearances, and partner meetings.
• Manage venue logistics, RSVPs, attendee communications, travel planning, itineraries, event materials and on-site support.
• Provide day-of support and coordination for client events and outreach efforts.
• Support multiple stakeholder groups and maintain strong client relationships, including post-event follow-ups.
