Granicus is seeking a Senior Project Manager for the GXG to define and manage program events, coordinating delivery across Granicus teams and partners. You will translate strategic priorities into executable plans for stakeholder engagement, event execution, and strategic communications.

You will lead delivery across teams, establish governance, and coordinate travel and logistics for domestic and foreign events, ensuring on‑time, on‑budget projects with public sector rigor.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in project management roles (Delivery Manager, Program Lead).
• 5+ years leading complex projects in multi‑team environments.
• Strong foundation in PM/Program Management for large communications or stakeholder programs.
• Proven success in improving delivery predictability in complex programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple projects in fast‑paced, on‑time/on‑budget delivery.
• Drive cross‑program strategy with leadership to standardize and scale delivery.
• Develop capabilities for event management and stakeholder engagement.
• Advise delivery teams on stakeholder engagement and digital content.
